Neck Pain


Modernisation has made our work easy. In air conditioned cabins we are working on computers for long hours. Which results neck pain. If any one is delebrately avoiding treatment on neck pain which further results to spondylosis,spondilities and spondytisthesis.
If we follow some simple steps of exercise it will be helpful to reduce such pain.
1) Neck And Head Isolation:
Keep your neck straight and place your right palm in between your right ear and right side eye.Press your right palm gently. Then follow the step again on your left side. While performing these steps one must keep neck straight and erect.
2)Shoulder Shrugs:Stand straight.Bring both shoulders in upward direction near both ear but leave your hand loose. Stand for 10 to 15 seconds in this position.Repeat this steps 3 to 4 times a day.
3)Shoulder Rotation:Bring both shoulders in upward direction near both ear but leave your hand loose.Then rotate the shoulder in clock wise direction for five times.
