Gas Trouble


When we eat food which contains milk products,legumes,vegetables like cabbage,cauliflower,root vegetables like potatoes,colas,pan fried and deep fried foods which result gas in stomach.
There are some home remedies suggested which are very useful:
A) Chewing of two garlic peels in morning on empty stomach is beneficial.
B) Chew some quantity of Ajwain for some time and eat it and then drink warm water. It will give instant relief from gas problem.
C) In case if infant is crying of stomach pain, just warm little quantity of Ajwain on pan and wrap it in dry cloth and place it on stomach of infant.
